How much urine, on average, does your bladder hold?

About 500 ml (two cups or a can of soft drink) – somewhat more for a man. But the urge to urinate is triggered when the bladder contains about 200ml. You make about 1 to 2 litres of urine a day.

While we are in toilet mode, the average person expels flatulence 14 times each day. You have to, as digestion creates gases that would cause painful pressure if not released.
