Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

1. Purchase Options

At Nutrishield, we provide flexible ways for you to maintain your wellness routine:

  • One-Time Purchase: A standard checkout for a single order. Payment is captured immediately upon order placement.

  • Subscription & Save: (If applicable) By selecting our subscription option, you agree to recurring charges at the frequency selected (e.g., every 30 days). Your payment method on file will be charged automatically until you cancel.

2. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We pride ourselves on fast processing to get your Nutrishield products to you as quickly as possible.

  • Standard Orders: You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has moved to our fulfillment center or has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.

  • Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your Customer Account portal. To avoid being charged for your next cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and [Insert other options like Apple Pay or Shop Pay].

  • All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

4. Refunds on Cancellations

If a cancellation is successful and processed within the 2-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks typically take 5–10 business days to reflect these funds in your account.

5. Returns & Damaged Goods

This policy covers cancellations only. For information on returning a product after it has been delivered, or if your Nutrishield order arrived damaged, please refer to our Refund policy.
